When we decided to purchase a home in HRM we came to realize that the market in Halifax is quite overwhelming; we didn’t have any idea where we should start or who we would even think of contacting. Living outside of HRM we had no contacts. Luckily, our friend and local realtor suggested Anne to us, and we couldn’t be happier that he did. She made the process easy and comfortable. Not only is she knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, she is also upfront and honest and we immediately trusted her. Anne went out of her way on numerous occasions and she was available at any hour. She made a stressful and overwhelming situation feel easy. We would highly recommend Anne to anyone considering buying in the HRM and have already done so.

We originally reached out to Anne because of her instagram so it felt like we already knew her. She walked us through the house-buying process and offered great guidance on how to make our offer stronger in a multi-offer setting. Once the offer was accepted, they had recommendations for inspectors and lawyers to keep the process going and meet our quick timeline. In the end we found a house that perfectly fit our needs in our preferred neighbourhood in large part to Anne reminding us not to compromise on location, as well as learning patience when the process felt a little defeating. We are so thankful to have worked with Anne and would highly recommend her to others looking to buy a home in this market.
