- Deed transfer tax: These can range from 1.0% to 11.5% of the purchase price depending on your specific circumstances.
- Closing Costs: These might include legal fees, tax adjustments, and other administrative expenses. Ask your Realtor® for a breakdown specific to your circumstances.
- Home Inspections: Never skip the inspections when you buy a home in Halifax! Budget for professional inspections to avoid future surprises.
